Stress Solutions Sessions Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates the Ultimate RV Trainer mobile application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the App.

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and display name. You may optionally add a profile photo.
Session Data: We store your remote viewing session results, accuracy scores, streaks, points, and progression data to provide the training experience and track your improvement.
Usage Data: We collect anonymous usage statistics such as session frequency, feature usage, and app performance metrics to improve the App.
Purchase Information: If you subscribe to Premium, your payment is processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store your payment card details. We receive confirmation of your subscription status from RevenueCat, our subscription management provider.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide and maintain the App’s training features
- Track your progress, scores, and session history
- Enable community features such as leaderboards, friend connections, and challenges
- Process and manage your subscription
- Send important service notifications
- Improve and optimise the App experience
3. AI-Powered Features
The App uses artificial intelligence to generate targets and provide feedback on your remote viewing sessions. Your session responses are sent to our AI service for analysis. This data is used solely to provide you with feedback and is not used to train AI models or shared with third parties for their own purposes.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:

- Apple App Store — Payment processing for in-app purchases.

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase infrastructure with industry-standard encryption. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, or destruction.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Your data may be visible to other users only in the following contexts:
- Leaderboard rankings (display name and score only)
- Friend connections (display name and profile photo)
- Guild membership (display name)
