These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Ultimate RV Trainer mobile application (“App”) provided by Stress Solutions Sessions Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Ultimate RV Trainer is an educational app designed to help users practise remote viewing techniques using the Coordinate Remote Viewing (CRV) protocol. The App provides structured training sessions, AI-generated targets and feedback, community features, and progress tracking.
3. Entertainment and Educational Purpose
The App is provided for educational and entertainment purposes only. Remote viewing results generated through the App should not be relied upon for making important decisions. We make no claims about the accuracy, reliability, or validity of remote viewing as a practice. Any AI-generated feedback is for training purposes and does not constitute professional advice of any kind.
4. Account Registration
You must create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
The App offers free and premium tiers. Premium subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple’s terms and conditions.
- Free Trial: New subscribers may receive a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin and you will be charged.
- Renewal: Monthly and annual subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Lifetime: The lifetime purchase is a one-time, non-recurring payment that grants permanent access to premium features.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Submit offensive, harmful, or misleading content through community features
- Attempt to manipulate leaderboards, scores, or other competitive features
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use automated tools or bots to interact with the App
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
7. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit (such as targets for community challenges or chat messages). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use, display, and distribute that content within the App’s features.
8. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is owned by Stress Solutions Sessions Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written consent.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stress Solutions Sessions Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
